This is a small simple pocket rule made by Keuffel and Esser. The leather slip case has an advertising logo on it so
this cheaper type of rule may have been made mainly for trade or advertising give aways.
There are Trig scales on the back of the scale but no cursor window on the back of the rule so to use these the user
would have had to reverse the slide and use the C scale on that side.
